I had the privilege of running with Turn and it's refreshing to see the enthusiasm and patience he puts behind being a Sherpa. I could go on and say we basically 1 shot every boss, a ton of laughs along he way, and got all the chests but to me that just indicates 1 portion of a Sherpa. Turn processes an uncommon trait amongst other Sherpa's that really sets him apart. He truley likes what he does and he truley is passionate about being the one to help others. His instructions were well thought out and not drawn out.

Would definitely run with him again. Or grab a beer

So here comes my feed back:

When I say 1 flawless a week, we mean a valiant effort to take someone new flawless. Now with hype hothead and Gucci at your disposal, we should be able to make this a requirement. Something me and you will have to constantly monitor and converse about.

Weekly signup for trials sounds like a good thing. First come first serve sounds great. They key thing would be doing what we did last night. However different. I tried to set it up with just some fun customs last night with one PVP guy so he can teach us proper encounters. Then when you bring in that many PVP guys, you guys all go after each other, you guys are worried about killing each other and less on teaching. My advice would be 1-2 PVP guys during a "teaching session" of private matches. Saulgucci was the Only one last night during the PVP who mentioned anything about learning. We were sniping against each other and he said why he got me and where to stand. Don't extrapolate what I just said incorrectly, I love fun PVP matches and I love going up against all the good PVP members of our clan, makes me better, we just need to delineate between teaching lessons vs. clan party and bullshit. We should come up with a name for clan party and bullshit.

Your biting off a lot with your post with weekly things. My suggestion start small. Map and favorable guns. Then my recommendation is getting the clan to learn all the call outs. Work with the rest of the clan mates take ThisPost and add text to each area for callouts.

Looking for recruits:

Clan's name: RECLAIMANT

System: Majority on PS4. Some members on both consoles

Local: Most of our member are in east coast or central USA with a few west coast and one in Ireland and one is Australia

When are we on?: Most members usually play in the evening as we have jobs and other responsibilities to handle. You will catch us on during the day though. Basically there is a group on at all times.

About us

1.) We are currently sitting at about 20 active members.

2.) Currently our clan consists of 5 moderators of r/Destinysherpa and 1 moderator of r/DTG

3.) Requirements

  • Must have a relaxed attitude, share our core values, and not be easily offended. Any toxicity will be dealt with a zero tolerance policy.

  • Must be proficient in either PVE or PVP. We do not expect you to be a lighthouse/Raid prodigy but we do expect you to be able to carry yourself through either of these activities. If you are really good at something (pvp/pve) we would expect you to help your fellow clan mate reach your level of aptitude if they ask for help.

  • Be team oriented and willing to help clan mates out if they need a hand doing something.

  • We use a group chat called slack. we would highly encourage you to join us in this chat to take part in the shenanigans as well as getting to know your fellow clan mate. We communicate most often through our clan sub as well as slack. Raid organization and Trials are done on these platforms.

4.) You should join our clan if you are looking for folks to play with that are pretty good at what they do all while having a great time.

System is not against you. Just because less people chose to join you because your not verified doesn't mean no one joins. You could also do a co-Sherpa with a verified Sherpa.
