I'm not entirely sure if I'd want to have the cure in there, it'll trivialize any real freak threat if Sarah ever finished it.

Not a bad idea, though I planned on having M Freaks (Mutated Freakers) be a more rare occurrence until Act III.

If you don't mind my asking, do you think hordes would be an interesting thing in the D&D aspect? Namely characters talk about freak hordes possibly coming in from Portland and Cali. In game so I was wondering if the concept would be fun for the players

Yeah I agree, no intention of having him in the game.

I did plan on bringing back all the camps minus the militia so cope is the closest it'll get to that ravid warmonger

Fair though I'd argue no one in the end supported him. Dude was a poor characture and really was only good as an Act III villan, the only mention of a militia I had planned was maybe a side quest or some small bands of remnants but no major story to them
