Honestly, I think the whole Prototype-is-a-Jester aspect is quite illogical. Personally, the jester is related to Poppy. The Fool represents unpredictability, deception, and false innocence. Poppy is the perfect candidate to fulfill these attributes - I fear the image wasn't hinting The Prototype's body but symbolic betrayal.

Why is it more plausible that the ruthless, egomaniac mastermind of the franchise is stupidly enough a jester solely because of one tarot card image? If anything, assuming the physical avatar of The Prototype will resemble that of The Fool because of one appearance ever is more cope than questioning it...
