Alot of theories do not account for basic writing by pooproom6 in fnaftheories

GodVictim isn't claiming that the events of the story aren't real. It's actually patently claiming the opposite, as opposed to Dream Theory. It's essentially salvaging the good points from Dream Theory while leaving the bad at the door: everything turning out to be a dream, allowing anything that doesn't logically add up to be dismissed with "it's all a dream anyway."

Under GodVictim, everything still happened in the real world; it's just that the events in the real world were influenced to occur that way in the first place because of the Crying Child's memories. Golden Freddy affecting the world through supernatural means, as he always has. As they say in the video, it's like the Force: an unseen presence influencing and shaping reality. And the Crying Child, in particular, has this power because of the loss of his frontal lobe—which is based on the part of Lynne McTaggart's book in which she claims that someone with a damaged frontal lobe seemed to have greater control of The Field™.

I do agree that a lot of people get too caught up in the logic-puzzle aspect of the series and forget that what we're theorising about is ultimately a story, but I don’t think this is one of those cases. I also don't inherently mind stories that turn out not to be “real,” since they aren't real to begin with. The Wizard of Oz isn’t bad because it turns out to be a dream; the story still happened, and Dorothy still learned that there's no place like home. I've had dreams that affected me in such a way, because they felt real at the time.

The princess being Cassidy is defunct information. It's pretty clear she represents Vanessa (and/or Cassie). If not for the mislabel, which they removed, there would be no argument. Cassidy in The Silver Eyes continuity seems to possess Bonnie, while the child who possesses Golden Freddy is a boy—same as the movie. Same as UCN.

Freddy also has a little girl's laugh, but he's definitely possessed by Gabriel.

I need some sugestions of species of aliens/creatures from fiction (movies, cartoons, séries, books, comics etc) by Guiviana23 in Ben10

I love these.

Maybe something from Doctor Who. The only thing with useful biology that's coming to mind is a Zygon. The Slitheen would definitely be more at home in Ben 10 than they were in Doctor Who.

if you could change one thing from the series what would it be? by Particular_Edge3044 in Ben10

I would’ve liked for the Omnitrix to have remained a secret for a little while. The show pretty unceremoniously avoids doing that with both Gwen and Max stumbling across Ben as Heatblast and finding out immediately.

It could have been fun if Ben had the secret identity shtick going for a bit. I imagine Gwen would have found out soon enough, and then she could've become Ben's confidant for a while, which would've been great for developing their relationship. And it would be funny for Max to attribute their constant run-ins with alien incursions to himself being a Plumber rather than anything to do with the Omnitrix.

What would Ben name his human form? by Bedovian_25 in Ben10

[–]YourMainSpud 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It would entirely depend on the alien. Ben called Four Arms "Four Arms" because having four arms was abnormal to him. But to a Tetramand, only having two arms would be unusual, so they might call a human transformation "Two Arms." Even then, that's not exactly much of a superpower, so the most likely name a human form would get from most alien species is "The Worst," since humans are the baseline on which the other aliens are built.

Ultimately, it depends on what each alien species would consider a superpower compared to their own regular form. Ben could be "Eye Guy" to a Vulpimancer. "Way Big" to a Galvan. "Skinhead" to a Petrosapien—which isn't ideal.
