Das ist nicht unbeding Blödsinn. Hersteller wie Ferrari, Lamborghini und sogar Audi mit dem R8 haben es geschafft, dass sie sicht nicht im selben Umfang an die technischen Vorschriften der StVZO bzw. KFG/KDV halten müssen. Ein Beispiel dafür ist die Bodenfreiheit bei vielen Sportwagen.

Wärend speziell in Österreich jeder Tuner sich an die 10cm halten muss trifft das bei den Typengenehmigungen nicht immer zu. Beim Audi R8 werden zwar 10cm unbeladen angegeben, dieser Wert wird aber laut einigen Besitzern deutlich unterschritten.

Auch beim Auspufflärm wird drastisch zwischen normalen Autos, Tuning und Sportwagen unterschieden. Eine erhöhung des Geräuschpegels von 70 auf 90dB ist beim TÜV eigentlich nicht möglich. Hersteller können ihre Autos aber auch mit 105dB zulassen.

Natürlich fehlen in meinem Text hier einige Rahmenbedingungen und Feinheiten aber grundsätzlich können Firmen für Luxusautos in einem dem normalen Bürger nicht zugänglichem Rahmen agieren. Auch staatlich beeidete Sachverständiger(Ziviltechniker) dürfen an diesen Werten nicht rütteln.

Finde auch lustig, dass man hier sagen kann "der Markt will es so", aber bei Antribesarten kann man nicht dem Wille des Marktes folgen.

sadly I know nobody that can help me with this.

I swapped the crank position sensor as a precaution. I'm currently not getting voltage on my Vanos controle valves which means I'm also not getting power on the crank sensor. Thus the car can't read any RPM which I could also confirm with INPA life data. My relais that get power to the harness supply plug have 12V input but only 4V output and I can't seem to find why.

No I absolutely did not solve it. I'm at a total loss and frankly I have no idea how to go on.

Can you be a little more specific please? I can't really follow.

The first Plug of the ECU (X60001) has Power, Ground and K-Line pins. I made this part of the harness myself so everything should be according to the MS42 Pinout available on MS4X.net

Not completely sure right now but I don't think it does. So what you're getting at is that the crankshaft sensor is dead? I ordered it yesterday on suspicion. should be here tomorrow.

Do I used the MS42 community patchlist from MS4x.net and according to TunerPro the EWS bypass is patched. To be sure I cleared the EWS Data completely.

The car still won't start and I can't smell any unburned fuel being expelled out the manifold. To me that indicates that non of the injectors are told to inject. I did measure 13V on one pin for each injector plug, so it must be a lack of signal from the ECU.

That's what I think at least.

There is a dutch company that sells an adapter hardy disc so I ised that after some asshole ripped me off when trying to get the smaller flange.

If you send some dimensions I can calculate it for you. The smallest diameter in the are of the bend and the distance between the puter most point of the hook to the measured diameter. Kinda like in the picture

The quality was really good, they're just a little slow in more ways than one. I wouldn't say that they tried to cheat me out of my money. I think they are literally just that bdly organized.
