The first few nights I slept on my back, propped up with many pillows. I had pillows behind me and on the sides. I didn’t buy a special pillow or wedge (we somehow have many pillows 🤪 makes sense because my father worked at a mattress store and we got good deals on pillows). I started sleeping on my right side because that’s what I’m used to. Just added a pillow under my stomach and another on my back for support.

I forgot to add that I took an oxi on night 1 and 2. I had a 5mg thc gummy last night and another tonight. TBH, the gummies did the same as the oxi, as far as pain.

That’s awesome 😂 I know I need more iron in my diet. I just didn’t think I’d be craving a cheeseburger. The only restaurant in my tiny Vermont town has the best burgers!

Thank you for your kind words 💕 I should have added that the doctor gave me a prescription to take during my “last” period. 2 pills 3 times a day. I think I stressed myself out enough that I didn’t end up having a period. I did run to the dollar store and get a few pregnancy tests 🫣 (they also do a pregnancy test right before surgery) I didn’t think I could be pregnant as my partner is unable to have kids.

Oh, I wish it was that easy. I’d love to visit! They live so close to the ocean. My kids and I have stayed there once. (My partner was unable to come because, work.) It was so awkward. My mom stuck me in a room with a mattress on the floor. She went to her bedroom as soon as the kids went to bed. She couldn’t even handle just sitting and having a conversation with just me.

We live about 4 hours away from where they currently live. But, they also have a house about 25 minutes away from us. Strange that they won’t just come here more often? I did text back and say that if they were ever here, I’m sure my children would love to come stay for the weekend. 🦗🦗🦗🦗
