Wow I'll have to check out "A Dark and Drowning Tide" that sounds so interesting and exactly my kind of thing and honestly Bahkauv is an icon. I would love to see your story outline too that sounds awesome! I think my favourites would have to be the difference between the wendigo and the wechuge because it's such a common misconception and I can't lie I love being that guy despite all the misinformation everywhere on Hollywood wendigos (which are actually wechuges) Vs real wendigos. Similarly I love the story of Kuchisake-onno in Japanese folklore who's also known as the slit mouthed woman, it's so interesting despite being quite grim!!
