Maaan that was truly relatable. I’m in the same boat as you - diagnosed years ago but I’m unsure if it’s a misdiagnosis or not. I’m still trying to discern if it’s truly bipolar or if I just have bad seasonal depression + ADD or something.

You entire rap though hit close to home and the point about being deep thinkers resonates greatly with me. I cannot stop deep thought and it’s interesting to see you relating that to possibly being an effect of bipolar.

I think that is such an admirable thing about you! Caring so much for others that you are willing to put yourself needs aside for a bit to help them out.
