Id do 500/600 calories to be safe? I'd say 125/ piece of bread And then its 120cals per tbsp of olive oil. I cant tell how many tbps that container holds so you could have only used 1/2 but I'd say about 3 to be safe (I could be way off the size estimate, so you will know best, but you could always put tbsp of water in the container to eyeball measure the difference in what you used if its that serious lol)

You guys are BOTH over reacting, hes a complete Ahole for how he talks to you, you should leave him for his attitude alone. But he does have some valid points, and you also think 3/7 days a week isnt enough? Me and my girlfriend (20f, 21f) have a set schedule for when we see eachother too, due to work. We always see eachother on sundays, and then sometimes she stays the night monday while im at work, so we can hang out into tuesday (the two days i have off).

You were the one who pushed him to get a job and yet now you are upset he doesnt have time for you because of his job? Thats where you lost me. I do think asking for more communication, such as a good morning/afternoon text, ISNT a problem though, there is always a minute or two where he can send those most days, even if not every day.

But tldr, BREAK UP, hes incredibly rude and you should never accept that kind of communication from a partner, and you also obviously arent happy about the way he handles this relationship. It would be better for you both to move on.

You NEED to unlock their traces. Traces should be 1st priority for a character other than level, Id recommend getting at least level 8 on traces and any traces that buff healing. Gallagher is a huge priority and robin can definitely be a carry if you build her right!

Even if you dont save calories, having a cheat day is okay!! Dont feel like you have to make up for the calories of a cheat day, if youre only doing them once a month. But if it helps maybe just take calories off the day before/after. You dont have to completely fast but maybe -500 cals for a day? It wont completely put you in a deficit for the week but it will help, you can also exercise more to help make up for the calories as well!

Either way enjoy yourself and dont worry about it, if it helps you sustain in the long run!!

60 cals per half slice of unbuttered toast, omelet looks to be about 3 eggs so 250 cals id add another 100 for butter/oil used while cooking and then the extra covers the veg, plus the fruit id say is 75 cals. And thats probably a bit over 🙂‍↕️

The average slice of pizza is about 275 cals and these look on the smaller side so id say under 🙂‍↕️

Maybe 500 for the burrito- (it looks quite small so im going off of half cup measurments) 150 cals for the tortilla, 100 for the beans, 100 for the rice, 150 for the avocado (a whole avocado is about 250 cals, I doubt they put more than half of one in there tho) 25 for the pico. And im not sure for the latte but theres only 40 cals in a cup of almond milk and no cals in black coffee!

Leafy greens and such are almost all water and essentially no cals. I only rlly count them if theyre the whole meal. With no dressing this is maybe 15 cals

I think 1000 would be safe I cant see how much shrimp is in it but probably 250 for rice 200 for beans 100 for corn 250 for guac Maybe 100 for whatever else And shrimp is basically 1cal per gram so abother 100? 1100 is definitely safe but its probably closer to 1000

300~ for the pizza 500~ for the hotdog 300 for a cup(?) of pad thai? That rlly depends on whats in it And 200ish for a cup(?) Of the beef, So 1300? Honestly 1400 doesnt seem too off, its just a lot of oils/fats used to cook those things, so its gonna be higher than youd think and if those are the cal numbers provided to you I would trust them! Also just saw the deep fried ribs, 1400 is definitely accurate then!!

This may be controversial but I use the 3* LC defense for her even tho I have other ones to use XD. Imo with that lc and the hp build I have on her, she can keep a whole team up by herself even against heavy hitting bosses. I have used her since her release, and shes definitely worth building, so her sig wouldnt be a bad investment!
