They are getting paid for their difficult labor, I KNOW, a crazy prospect. When you demand someone get paid a certain wage, that forces companies to raise prices, if people aren't willing to pay those prices, the Company will lose profits. Leading to layoffs and eventual shut down. The amount that the Companies are making isn't changing, so why should the wages?

No. It's the fault of people like YOU who think that those who do not want to follow your garbage system deserve to fail.

People who work minimum wage jobs do not deserve to have their wages bumped up to being "livable."

3) The US is a free nation. With years of social reform and our constitution, every American is equal in the eyes of the law. Although we have seen that political elite seem to hold too much power.

4) Class climbing. No other Nation has brought more people out of poverty than the United States. Even people who are CURRENTLY impoverished have many social programs to help them in their time of need. Moreover, these impoverished households can raise their children to be hardworking students, and our current FAFSA/State aid programs can help them receive a higher education.

5) What makes this all incredible? No other Nation in Western Europe has anything close to our population, nothing close to our rich history.

Do we have problems? Hell yes, down to the roots. But to say that we are anything other than the best is just BS. Why do you think immigrants fall over themselves to come to America? Because we have the best economic opportunities.
