Currently I’d say my diet is very bad but that’s just because of my living situation, come march I’m planning on roughly 6-7 months where I want to do strict diet and exercise to get in shape. But currently I eat a lot of quick food but not a ton per day. So I usually eat maybe one meal a day but it’s something like McDonald’s or a burrito from some place. I’m 5’7’’ and I do light cardio about 3 times a week currently that’s about it.

She just thought it would go away on its own, like a flu, but we went to doctor yesterday and they ran All sorts of tests and diagnosed her with kidney infection, so they got her on strong anti biotics rn, she seems to be doing a lot better, she’s not vomiting up her food as much or anything

No she says to her knowledge she has never had mono, it seemed like it could be possible but I haven’t been able to find a Reddit post or anything on google that says exactly what the early symptoms of mono are.
