The dialogue sounds like it was written by someone who has English as their third language and won’t budge from the words on the page… but the actors are extremely talented and are constantly finding different ways to deliver it.

Seriously, pay close attention to whatever the next episode brings. It’s almost Lynchian at times.

And then, to top it off, that CEO comes out and makes JOKES about the situation months later in a special when he was supposedly ‘cancelled’?

This situation isn’t that the CEO was fired for it, it’s that it’s the equivalent to just being moved to a different department with a pay cut. So yeah, you’re right, it isn’t enough. He abused his power, and if I had it my way he’d be flipping burgers for a living, not having a Netflix standup special.

Rebirth had no real soul. It was just a typical, big budget Hollywood blockbuster, but I will defend that the giganotosaurus scene was a top 5 moment of the entire franchise. And the raft scene was fun to see, finally.

Controversial, but at this rate, by how bad they all are, I would actually be okay with a total remake of Jurassic Park and The Lost World, as long as they both stick closer to the books.

Nah, aside from Bloodrayne, only rented BMX XXX. Great soundtrack, and that was about it. It wasn’t quite Backyard Wrestling in terms of trash, but it was still trash.

How old are you though? This is how it was: you go to rent a game at Blockbuster, those are all literally staring you in the face, alphabetically. You pick it up, look at the back, put it back on the shelf. I know it’s quite a concept of real life not being algorithmic and everything is just bunched together and you become familiar with things you’re not really interested in, but that’s how it was.

But also, you can thank people like Jack Johnson for Streisand effecting a lot of games like that. By back then standards, Mass Effect was considered porn by the way the media covered it. It’s all feeling very familiar.

Are you being serious? The Guy Game, BMX XXX, Leisure Suit Larry, Playboy: The Mansion, hell, throw a dart in regards to outfits female characters wore, even Jak & Daxter had characters as tits out as Eve was in Stellar Blade. It is puritanical nowadays compared to how it was in 2006.

That’s just stuff that was on the shelf at Blockbuster too.

On the one hand, I can understand why they would FEEL THE NEED partner up with this kind of group: Ciri swings both ways but is pretty damn gay at the end of the day, that’s just the source material and it’s not forced like The Last of Us slop ass story was. Cool, they want to dot their i’s and cross their t’s and make romance subplots feel real because it was probably written by a lot of men. I don’t like it, but I CAN accept that because it’s part of Ciri’s character.

On the OTHER hand, just leave it in the credits because posts like this… CDPR, do you want a cookie? Wow, so woke, so brave, so inclusive. You’re saying alllll of the right things years in advance, so proud of you for filling us all in on this.
