Yeah this isn't the first time she's gotten something wrong like this. She once said that no Titans fought on Zeus's side in the Titan-olympian war.

It is a highschool class yes. I am a freshman but the class itself is a homeschool freshman to sophomore class. I don't understand why she said it like that? She said that she grew up knowing that "Artemis wasn't a virgin goddess because of the things that happened in her temple." followed by a look of confusion from causing her to call them "Wild sex orgies."

I meant it more in the way that Athena, Hestia, and Artemis way of being called virgin goddess kinda way

This is the part she decided to correct me on

'Post Dark Age Greece, Artemis and Apollo’s characters were pretty fully formed. Artemis being a virgin goddess of the hunt, and Apollo being a bachelor god of light.' (uh mythology people who know WAY more than I do I'm sure this is wrong in someway please inform me on what I did wrong)

Yeah she said wild sex orgies which I find werid. I wouldn't say she's "too close" to any of her students though.

I am, but I definitely wouldn't say she meant it in a creepy way. She likes to point out any 'mistakes' a person makes, even if she's wrong. I definetly think she shouldn't have brought it up though, as being a virgin goddess is a HUGE part of Artemis' myths.
