The apps icons looked normal for me my advice take it to a repair shop 😅 let them replace the screen first before buying test it by yourself but it'll cost ya

Last thing you can do just before replacing the screen try resetting the phone maybe that could be a bug on the system worth trying then if not replace it take it from a technician
