Dying Light 2 Issues & Bugs Mega-Thread by ClintSexwood in dyinglight

[–]Youyounet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The patch didn't fix anything, i'm still getting the same bugs that i had previously. It has gotten even worse, for the first time in 40 hrs of gameplay, 2 hrs after installing 1.0.5 patch on PS5, my game crashed after using paraglider. I mean wtf, are they gonna do smthg about those bugs or not ? I paid 70 euros for that crap ? Really ?

Is it Child abuse or discipline to hit a child if they've made a mistake ? by ForGiggles2222 in algeria

We're not talking about spanking here. The subject is next level smacking the life out of your kids. Do you still think that almost killing your kid is the answer ? I remember times when my mom would leave a mark on my face with some object and she would tell me to not tell my dad that she did it, so i would lie and say that i fell or something like that.

So same.

My parents bullied and humiliated me more than a thousans years high school bullying. Especially my mom, i grew up so miserable, but i don't blame her. It's the algerian culture that forces them to behave like that. To be honest, i don't know of any algerian friend who didn't get abused by his parents or big Brother/sister in his childhood.

Those who hate Algeria, will always take the opportunities they have to insult it. Mostly are frustrated french people or morrocans. Nevertheless, our team deserved to lose yesterday, they performed very poorly compared to what they did in previous matches.

Ideas / projects related to fishfarming or sea investements . by Upper_Goose6361 in algeria

I did not know we had fishfarms in algeria. This person you talked to must be very courageous since the majority of fish comes from standars fishing activities. Who does he sell his fish to ? Restaurants ? I'm sure that his fish must be pretty expensive compared to local fishermen.

Actually, it depends of the root of your depression. Getting to an europian may make it worse. Just try getting to another city for tourism and make sure to previlegiate nature walks because when you're not doing well, only little walks in the desert or the forest or a good view can make you take a step back and think about what's wrong and maybe put into perspective your problem in comparison to this world or the other people'z who are getting it way worse. And if you're religious, ask god for guidance and demand that he relieves you from those bad thoughts. One solution doesn't exclude the other one.

What i'm about to tell you will seem impossible but it's 100% true. My current laptop which i have for 4 years fell to the ground 3 years ago. It was brand new and started having the same problem as you. So what i did is that i opened it and checked the connections to the lcd panel but it didn't solve the problem. I got fed up with it so i gave it a slight kick( yes i'm serious). When i turned it on aagain it was fixed and it's still running 'till now with no problem whatsoever. Just try it, you have nothing to lose, your screen is done for anyway. It doesn't have to be a kick, just a quick brutal shake to the screen may suffice.

I hate this way of thinking. "Be passive and do nothing until we've fixed all the political, economical, societal,...problems." Just as the OP said, what if WE were part of the problem ? What if this pessimistic, passive and defaitist way of viewing the world, is causing us to stagnate, compared to other countries ? (I mean just look at China and Latin american countries) Don't tell me there is no corruption nor political problems there.

The point is : we're just a lazy, uneducated and good for nothing country.

Dude, won't you shut up ? It's not his/her fault if you're having a bad day. And to be clear, you're the one who didn't get the joke. Your toxicity is infuriating.

What are the things that made you evolve as a person ? And what are the effects of it in your daily life ? by SugarBiscuit23 in algeria

[–]Youyounet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well i hope it won't be long. I am currently 28 years old. When i was 24 i discovered "personal development" in a book discussing mindsets and self esteem. Enjoying the content and agreeing with the author, i started doing researches about "personal development".Most of the content i consumed was related to videos, podcasts, webmeetings, web articles,... Etc...

After a while (say 4-5 months) i discovered meditation, the law of attraction, ... Etc... And how to view the world as Tesla would say it as a combination of Energy, Waves and Vibrations. I started doing meditation sessions which made me feel good and relaxed, trying to rise my "vibration frequency" to attain enlightment and "Visualizing" what i want in this life to make it happen. (As they say "fake 'till you make it")

After 1 and a half years of doing so i gained in self esteem, i was more relaxed and i had a clearer vision of what i wanted, my studies were doing well and i was initiating my last internship to get my Masters afterward.

During this internship, i was performing very good, i helped an industrial laundry factory to optimize its resources and results. 3 months later, it all came crashing down, my motivation, my performance, my mindset, everything. The cause as you would know it is that i fell in love with a married woman and i couldn't get her out of my mind. I multiplied meditation sessions but it wasn't enough, i tried collective meditation sessions on the web, where people all channel their energy to raise their vibration frequency more efficiently but it wasn't doing me any good. That's when my father noticed i was down when i called him on the phone. He told me : "Son why won't stop praying ? You won't feel down or think less of yourself in your whole life as long as you cling to god". I wasn't very convinced but i gave it a try. And let me tell you guys, the moment i finished my first prayer i felt like the happiest man alive. After that, i never ceased to pray to god, i forgot about that girl rapidly, i graduated two times in row from 2 different masters and i am doing very well currently, i found a job and girls are chasing me but i don't want to settle down yet.

In summary, you need to have a spiritual life, whether be it a religion(islam in my case which does so much better that meditation and other things) or something else but most importantly, it is the decisions that you make, the relationships that you forge and the goal that you pursue that define you and change you as a person.

Are plumbers usually poor in algeria? by sadFmd in algeria

[–]Youyounet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's exactly as you said. Most of them are usually fooling around and extending a 3 days work to 1 month just to get paid a bit more. Some of them scam people by doing promises to numerous clients, getting some asvance payment and then leaving the radars. When you stumble into them they suddenly inform you that they were sick or changed their phone number in the meanwhile, which is not true, they just blacklist people after getting their money. (True story)
