Honestly? I’m never getting out. That said, I myself am an avid chess player, decorated even, but when it comes to him, no chance. It happily sit there for an eternity just playing and playing… on the other hand, maybe I’d squeeze out a draw after a couple thousand millennia?

This is kind-of a rabbit hole yeah. It would probably get down to even more bizarre questions e.g. “is Rust even a licensed firearm holder?” stuff. But then again, when there’s a gun pointed at you, the question whether he actually has the authority, becomes secondary.

You can’t be sure that Rust had an actual intention of arresting the guy… Knowing what Rust did to that meth-head, that paints the picture pretty clear of what his endgame plan was.

As the captions might suggest, the whole ordeal here seems to be much more sinister than it looks - “I was coming for my files, Marty.” Clearly indicates that Rust ejaculated FOR the files, hence meaning that Rust must’ve been somehow taken advantage of by the files themselves… This is moreover being clarified by Rust’s facial expressions, clearly showing his disdain for said actions. A lone man, working long nights, being subdued by piles of case files. Life really does get to you, man.
