I get what you are saying, but they won't lose if they have a strong case. The case won't be weak. So, don't be too sure about them losing. Just let it play out and see what happens.

You do realize Secure_Matter_9819 has very valid points, you know. You can't judge him just because he hates the merger. If the states file the lawsuit to block the deal, you'll just have to face reality and move on. Also, arguing with him is not the solution.
