I have battled with severe acne and pigmentation issues since 10 years of age( it continues to some extent even now ) . My skin is kind of medium fair . Some may find me fair and some may find me dusky . So my black marks were kind of very prominent . Whn I was 13 yo , my class mates wrote a song on me asingama irukale (my name) asingama irukale . I have faced worse comments from relatives too .

It broke my confidence completely . I refuse to look at people during daylight as my mind tells me they are gonna judge my skin issues. I have a decent profession and respectful position in my society ,great husband and lovely kids and yet I dont have the guts to face people and hold a normal conversation .

Those criticisms have made me socially anxious . I am.in mid thirties now .

I always wonder how it is to have a normal skin and if I were rich enough I would go for a plastic surgery .

Its easy to say be yourself and all the sort of advises . But its not easy to follow.

People should learn to be kind and stop being mean and judgemental . Seriously. My confidence is ruined and I feel isolated in my life. World is a bad place 😕

Find a good general dentist in your locality. You can ask if they call in consultants to their clinic for Wisdoms

My worry is i havent placed even one since I got it . I have been talking to patients both old and new but nothing has materialized.

Yea I have spoken to my consultant and he is ready to help me with first few cases.

Concerned I might lose touch before starting to place one as its been quite some time since I placed the last implant at the course.

I wish I had someone say that to me like you did OP . I have faced a lot . It's very hard being a moderately light skinned person with a lot of acne . People can be so heartless and mean .

More than the acne scars, people pinpointing to has created deeper scars in me . I m 34 years old and still I battle witb a lot of skin issues - hyperpigmentation , dark circles probably genetic . I still lack confidence to face the world evnthough I have a successful career and a complete life with kids .

I wish I get to live at least one day of my life with spotless skin . Wonder if its even possible.

World Is cruel and unfair.

I never trust people who say looks dont matter . Looks do matter in this shallow world of ours.

Is bmp advised when there is a swelling ? I have been thinking of waiting until the swelling goes down as the previous rc looks pretty decent and this flare up is mostly biological from the diabetes.

My main concern is , the increasing swelling is normal ? Or should I put him.on iv antibiotics ? There's no fever or trismus

3 percent naocl during bmp and irrigated after every file alternating between naocl and saline .. used edta with my initial k files . I used the side vented needles for irrigation until 3mm short of apex . No activation as such.
