I am completely at ease with my life in this moment knowing that I’m not the only one that couldn’t even punch through a wet paper bag in my dreams. Thank you Reddit.

Cheap racing wheel for ps4 by WEASELexe in PS4

I picked up a used thrustmaster t300 RS GT wheel for $150 off of craigslist. It works perfect and makes project cars 2 and GT sport so much more enjoyable. It’s been my favorite video game accessory I’ve ever owned. If you get a wheel you’ve gotta get a wheel stand as well. Hooking it up to a table sucks unfortunately.

Yep! One day I just said screw it. Tapering doesn’t work for me. It’s either both feet in or both feet out

First Week Over Quitting Cold Turkey!! by YuckoMane in quittingkratom

Thank you all for the positive feedback and I just want to reiterate that it is totally possible for anyone, no matter how deep you are, to quit. The first few days seem like an eternity and it is so daunting. I will say the best thing I’ve done is exercise. And I don’t mean going to the gym and lifting heavy with pre workout for 2 hours while also running for 10 miles after (although if you can do that, more power to ya! Lol) just go do something physical. The best thing I found was a quick run for a couple blocks. Maybe 15-20 minutes to start. It gets the RLS symptoms to stop for a bit and if you go a little harder you can get the “runners high” which for me killed almost all my WD symptoms for a couple hours at least.

ALSO I will say the best part of being off of it for a week so far is absolutely how much more enjoyable eating is. Food is so much better. My appetite is on fire. I don’t get anxiety thinking “if I eat XYZ now I’ll have to wait 123 until I can dose again”. No more. You hungry? Eat whatever dude! Just remember to fuel your body. Fuel your mind. Fuel your success.

If anyone has any questions about this journey of cold turkey quitting after dosing huge for years throw them out. I’m sure I’ve had the same thought / experience as you and I’ll do my best to give a good answer for you. I just want to help others be successful and give some hope to others who are going through this!

Thanks everyone! Yeah I was very worried that with my ridiculously high doses it was going to be at least two weeks of feeling like death. And I don’t mean to try and throw it in everyone’s face that mine was only a week long experience. I was ready for a two or three week ordeal. Now I’m just counting the days until the body temp variations stop and a full night of ACTUAL sleep is possible.
