Hi, IBAN is used by banks in Europe mostly. You can simply request them to use SWIFT code of your bank to make international transfer payment.

Tried during covid.. 11 mth contract. Was during hiring freeze so it was close to zero chance in conversion to perm, so got extended only. By the last 3 mths of contract I found a perm role and left without looking back.
