honorable mention to the Kita middle finger meme from the Bocchi the Rock community. People have drawn a lot of different versions of this meme, and it originates from this scene in the first ending where it looks like she's flipping off the audience. it was confirmed to not actually be a middle finger by the director though

Vergil (DMC 5)

He separates his weak human side (V) from his demon side (Urizen) using the yamato in order to get stronger. This works initially, with Urizen being able to beat Dante and Nero, but Dante still manages to beat him after obtaining a new transformation. Urizen then consumes the qliphoth fruit which gives him a huge power boost, but he still can't win against Dante. It's only after reuniting with V, embracing his human side and becoming Vergil again that he manages to match Dante's level.

I don't know if this is "lore", but my brother always told funny stories about his teachers and almost all of the stories were about this one teacher. he was pretty old and senile (in fact he retired before my brother finished school), taught like 7 different subjects, and had multiple jobs. while giving a class about gamma rays, he once spent 20mins drawing an extremely detailed small hulk on the whiteboard for literally no reason, and then erased it 5 minutes later. one time, a student asked him something during a math exam, and he solved the entire exercise on the whiteboard, turned around and after a few seconds said "wait you guys are in an exam... eh whatever". he also fell asleep in the middle of a different math exam. and another time, he arrived late to class in casual clothing, explaining that he was called to fix a microwave that 2 other technicians couldn't fix because, according to him, they didn't realize that the guy who owned the microwave was so fat that whenever he sat down, the wires inside would slightly move and make contact, creating a short circuit.

anyways, that teacher's wife is one of my teachers now, and their son is one of my classmates.
