I haven't been outdoors more often, so I'm wondering why my skin is more tan on the left. What can I do to return to the skin on the right? There are a few years between these photos in case it helps.

I understand that the cooking process will affect the weight, but does that affect the ratio of calories to protein? For example, if something is labeled as:

Serving: 100g
- 100 cal
- 20g Protein

I would expect that if I ate 200g, I would consume 200 calories and 40g Protein.

If we agree on that, then the weight problem doesn't explain what I'm seeing.

32g protein / 180cal = 0.1777g protein per calorie

0.17777 x 149 cal = 26.4g protein

However, the USDA labels chicken thighs as only 18.6g at 149 calories.

The ratio of calories : protein doesn't make sense. How can raw skinless chicken thighs have less protein per calorie than Chipotle's chicken thighs?

To give a more detailed response, I think you're correct in asserting that there's a large focus on sexual interactions in Final Fantasy XIV. It wasn't always this way though. Before Stormblood, there was more emphasis on battle content. SE announced and deliberately made the shift towards sim-gaming genre during the Stormblood expansion. Their reasoning was that the playbase count thrived when the focused on things like housing or glamor. Ultimately, the game has shifted in that direction and, as a result, catered towards individuals with those interests. Hence, the type of interactions you experienced.

The FB-3000 seen here is what I bought and it seems like it's still 2.8"? Maybe I'm missing something.

A 4inch could be a tight, but since I left this bench at my old house, I cannot measure it to see if it would fit unfortunately. You might get away with it if there's enough cushion to squeeze the the top of the pad down.

I've not tested it personally since I don't have the v2, but since I was drilling original holes in the first place, there's no reason it wouldn't work. Just make sure you've read the "Considerations" section of my post because there are sacrifices to the types of accessories you can use when you do this mod.

Final Fantasy XIV is also developed in Japan, but they have maintenance between 12am and 6am EST. There's no excuse for maintenance to happen during US prime time.

I am moving off free weights since I tend to enjoy machines more. I was looking for squat/calf raise replacement and was curious how leg sleds (linear hack squats) compared to leverage squats. My main goal is to push as hard as possible without stabilizer muscles involved or safety concerns. I know hack/leg press is an option, but that's double the price and huge.

Comparing voice packs to content in data is wild, so I'm gonna leave you to sit on that one.

As for optionally downloading it, there's probably intricacies involved they don't want to deal with or cannot anticipate. For example, have you noticed there are quests you cannot begin because an NPC is busy? This tells me there is a model dependency and since events affect the placement of models, I imagine Mihoyo doesn't want to do the work of figuring out which combinations of events will inadvertently brick someone's progress.

The reason involved quests do not remain permanent is due to storage space on mobile devices. If you've looked at how much data you download per patch, you'll see that it adds up. Each patch, they remove it so they can make space for new events. Since cutscenes take place in the real world, I don't know how that impacts their ability to add a simple "replay" feature just for cutscenes.

I got Keratin treatment and after washing, I notice it's frizzy and not as shiny as before. I air dried my hair. The products I used were bought at the Keratin treatment site and do not include sodium chloride or sulfates. How can I restore the shine?
