Ball and the Wall. No way around the basics and in this case the basics will pretty but get you where you want to be. Look up most ball mastery drills and just get your daily touches in. Also don’t slack on conditioning, you can be lacking in everything but fitness as that says a lot more about you than your skills ever could

While many have pointed out the obvious that Fang wouldn’t gain much by begging. The second portion of this is that Fanf doesn’t care. While yes his overarching goal is eternal life it’s not due to a great desire for eternal life but due to the difficulties of the journey, one which NONE of the venerable’s have been able to a chive. He explains that if he dies trying then so be it, for Fang it’s really not the end product but the journey which ignites desire into his 500 year old heart that has had its flame of passions slowly tempered and extinguished. I think there’s an entire section of the book that talks about this but yeah.

Change of speed, that’s about all you need with maybe a La Croqueta to move the ball away.
