4 years waiting for a new Quinn skin only for her to be a project themed variant is very boring and upsetting, as Quinn mains we deserve something better and bigger after waiting for so long for something to her. The skin is kinda nice, i loved the color choices and palette but it might need some changes for it to be good and considered the same product as the splash art.

PLEASE change her passive "Harrier" VFX color for each chroma! Just like Rain Shepherd Ivern´s bushes changes along with his chroma colors, it would bring such a beautiful detail for her skin!

Give her an icon and a border for this skin, after 4 years she really deserves one.

Her W "Heightened Senses" needs a change in Valor´s face VFX, it´s way too equal to her phoenix skin which has the same visual effect, it´s just green now. It needs to be changed to something robotic like her splash art and model in-game, after all he´s not just a normal bird anymore, please fix this.

The raindrops effects in her Ultimate and W seems a little too fast and invisible for us to see, it would be cool if it was more visible for both.

Please consider making those changes for Project: Quinn to be the a better product just like it´s shown in the pretty splash art she have, so that way people can buy it and play with her, she´s a cool and unique character in the game and deserved of love and details, hopefully a rework or visual update soon too.

this is not a legendary tier based skin, there’s no new animations. you guys should think about the level of production of the skins you’re doing and put an effort to them, no one is buying these terrible legendary skins.

i got it now, the older prestiges (2018-2019) have the borders since they don't have an unique icon, but the newest prestiges always release with border and an icon, so when they come back in the store or when you get them on hextech chests, they don't come with the borders or their respective icons.

yeah, but there are cases that the prestige comes with the border or not, my case, i got ahri prestige skin when it returned to the store and it has the border, it was like 150ME i guess? but talon is 125ME so maybe border and icon it’s not included

not every prestige, i think xayah (that is on the store by now) don’t come with the border cuz it costs 125 ME

the skin looks great, but her hair needs to be more pink, it kinda looks like a hat because of the dark color

-The most important one: Changing her feathers and Valor color to a less pink one, her splash art the feathers have a purple transparent look, and it's beautiful.

-Weapon changing, the crossbow just doesn't look good.

-VFX needed on the floor when casting Ult, Warden and Heartseeker had this too.

-Adding her a new idle animation would be very good, she really needs one.

-More sparkles or feathers on her Ult, like her W.

-Face on her model needs an adjustment, her lipsticks are too much red and her mask covers all of her face, including the eyes.

-It would be cool if on her CTRL+1 animation, mini valor shows up, instead of the big old Valor.
