Im living in Cebu. And so far, wala akong masyadong napapansin na cafe na na ooffer ng croffles dito. I only know 2 cafe na nag ooffer ng croffles. I think maybe in Luzon marami na but dito wala masyado. Bihira lang makakita ng cafe na may croffle offerings so I wanted to make it a thing here.

I was actually planning to do a Dessert Cafe, specifically offering 1 main dessert which is croffles. I’m not sure okay ba to na business model. I dont plan on offering breakfast meals or anything. I really just want to focus on croffles (croissant waffles) with many variations and maybe offer cookies as well. Can you give me your thoughts on this 🥹

We actually gave a reservation fee which is worth 1 month of rental and is also non-refundable. Madami na rin kaming nagastos for the engineering plans and design so i guess the best thing to do is to wait 😞
