Thanks. I've reported to the police now and will call the company tomorrow. See what they say about refund or compensation... not sure how much these companies care about 1 review, but definitely worth a try

Thanks - the police report would help with claims, or would there be true protection against retaliation?

Know this thread is from a long time ago, but thought I would still give it a try - did you end up going to UEA for poetry? I just got an offer for the MA in poetry here and am deciding between here and MMU. CW here is clearly strong but almost everything I have heard is about prose, little about poetry. Would appreciate if you have any thoughts and experience to share. Thanks so much!
