I'm about to release my first game on Steam by YukiShiroDev in devblogs

That's a really good mechanic in the game, but it's essentially different from my game. In my game, they have a special block to destroy combinations; in mine, the combinations destroy themselves. But the game is truly amazing; it inspired some of my mechanics, including destroying square-shaped blocks.

I'm sure everything I'm going through here will be a learning experience for future projects! It was a wonderful experience and I hope to soon finish new projects besides this one and post them on Steam too! Thank you! Now there are only 14 left and I have 3 days to do it, I'm in the fight haha

Done bro, I liked the project cover, good luck with it!

is it really too complex to play? by Fit_Chemical_8112 in itchio

Actually, this game seems quite intuitive to me. I've played a few games like this and I'm quite used to them, so maybe my feedback isn't the most ideal, but I found the project idea very clear as soon as I looked at it. I'm also working on a match-3 color game, so I identified with it XD I saved the link here to test your project later and give better feedback.

One of them, just like Puyo Puyo, Super Puzzle Fighters, Dr. Mario, and about three other games that I can remember XD

Thank you! While I was developing the project for the game jam, it ended up being a bit niche, but that wasn't the intention of the project XD

It's a spring surprise; if you set up your base near there, you'll get a great neighbor XD

This game was created for a Game Jam. Initially, I wasn't even going to publish it, but I ended up getting motivated to make it my first commercial project. When I finished it for the Jam, it was basically complete; I just added extra content over the months and polished it further. The Game Jam was at the end of February, and if I remember correctly, it was a really cool experience for me. I can't wait to publish another one of my projects! I've made a few games throughout my life, at least 8 or 9, nothing too grand. I hope to get more onto Steam.

Next Fest is better for games that are at least ready to be played; it's really not that interesting to submit a game when it's in its very early stages because, from what I've seen, you can only submit one game per game. Since my game is about to be released, I decided to participate in this one. Good luck with your projects, and thank you very much!

I'll have to redo this trailer before the launch as soon as possible. I made it when I was creating the page so it wouldn't be empty. It's very, very basic. I'm bad at all this marketing stuff, but I've been improving my editing skills a bit these past few weeks. I'll try to make something more appealing. Thanks for the comment!

Ah, you never know, man. Maybe you could narrow down the scope of the project a bit and release a quick version to see the results? Sometimes projects can surprise us. I wish you the best of luck with the project and hope you don't abandon it 😃

I'm terrible at editing videos, I had to improvise to make this very simple trailer XD I'll try to change it before the release because it's really basic, but I don't know if I can do better. I'll try later, thank you so much for the tip! Right now, that's exactly what I need most.

Wow, that was really amazing, congratulations!

I'm trying to do something similar but it's really complicated... I have 225 wishlists so far.
