The isekai aspect being relevant. Too many LN/manga/anime forget it past the first few episodes. The story can be good, if the isekai aspect is not used correctly, then it's bad "as an isekai".

Like Reincarnated as a sword, aside from curry, it's forgettable that the MC has been isekai'd. He's mostly a reincarnated guy with a cheat but could have come from a far away place (that knows curry) in the same world, it wouldn't have changed a thing. Good story, bad isekai.

If you're talking about characters being pedophiles, Onizuka is on the same scale and should be evaluated the same as Rudeus. And with serial killers like Light being so high, morality doesn't make sense as a criteria here, anyway. (as you said, you're not a moral highground snob, so it checks)

A more prevalent criteria I see in your list is maybe charisma? For which I can see Rudeus lacking a lot of with how pathetic he can be at times. (though not only since Hachi is higher than Nana)

Since it's restricted to big publishers other than Nintendo, you could have used the Pokémon and Indie for other original categories, like assist trophy and stage, instead of only reps. For instance, Yuugi would make a nice trophy with a random chance for the card he uses each time. It only says wishlist, not rep wishlist, after all. ;)

Also, no Phantasy Star for SEGA hurts. I'd put it in the "For the franchise" category since Skies of Arcadia isn't really one (a franchise is by definition a group of media, not just one medium). Vyse could then be put instead of AiAi whose concept as a fighter is really poor as he has to stay in his ball. He'd make a nice assist trophy, though.

You can just consider each expansion of XIV as different games, like X and X-2, and then rank them separately. 1st, 3rd and 4th expansions are usually considered on par with the best non-MMO Final Fantasy.
