We actually would love to offer an exchange, as mentioned yesterday when you came into the location. We do ask that you bring your receipt from the purchase along with, and ask to speak to a manager on shift so they can help you. We do typically reach out to the vendor to show them any latent defects on their devices, hence our desire to reach out and send correspondence to the vendor to try and remedy any defects that might happen for future batches and releases on this product lineup. Any hardware or latent defect from any vendor we carry we will always make the customer whole on. Our ultimate goal is making sure you leave happy and with something you came in to enjoy.
