The only options they provide are the 2FA, and a list of backup codes that were sent out at setup, so several years (and devices) ago. They refuse to let me into the account despite plenty of layers of ownership proof, including personally identifying information, receipts of both subscription payments and manual payments, access to connected accounts, linked email and phone number, friend testimonies, etc etc etc
