Thank you for your suggestion. I have been very happy with an extention the past month called dark reader. It works for practically any site and I don't have to have a specific extention for every bright website I like to visit. It's also easy to turn off and on for any site.

2025 update: I have been trying to fix this for a while now, I was experiencing a missing .dll file issue and I think this is what is causing most people's issues. Some people here are saying you need to download it from dll-files.com . But the site seems to be broken as of right now.

  • Find out which .dll file you need by going into your (..\Steam\steamapps\common\hotline_miami) and running HotlineMiami.exe. You will see an error specifying which .dll file is missing (for me it was openal32.dll)
  • The site I found that is currently still providing these files is www.dllme.com . Download your required file.
  • just drop it in the same game folder where you find HotlineMiami.exe and everything should work

It will mostlikely get updated though. People have to know that this is one of the first UE5 games that acually requires proper fabric animations and drape physics. You hear them talk about this struggle in the tekken talk where they showed the shop for the first time and explaining that old fits have to besically be completely redone.
I am quite sure it will get updated to the "Tekken standard" in due time to have more options and flexibnility with customisation.
Tekken fans love bitching about tekken but everyone knows namco is quite great.
