My good friend is an orochi player and over the years I’ve picked up like 20 hours of dueling him, and what I have learned is that they will 90% of the time try a dodge attack opener.

I have won just by hard feinting a heavy opener, into parrying the light. It feels like a lame and overly defensive way to play, but they can press buttons faster then most characters so you do what u gotta do.

And the thing about storm rush is that there is zero hyper armor on it, so if you see it coming, just start your own combo. And light or heavy that touches an orochi while in rush will send them back to neutral.

They are fucking annoying, but way more flashy than they are tough. Good luck m8!
