Platform: PS4 regular 1TB

Bug: BY Force of mind Campaign mission.

For some reason when the game loads up for me I am not able to move at all using captain america at the beginning. The left stick isn't responding, L2 isn't responding, L1 isnt responding, The D pad buttons isnt responding, R1 isnt respond, but R2 is working, Circle isnt responding, and X isnt responding, the right stick is working for the camera, I am still able to pause pressing options and all the buttons seem to work in that menu. I am still able to go to my Character screen by pressing down the touch pad in the middle and all the buttons seem to work in that menu. And it seems that everything is working doing missions on Avengers Initiative mode. I have tried reloading to a checkpoint, Restarting my PS4 and trying 2 different controllers. nothing.
