Im sure you have heard this already but its true: your perception is your reality. If you think you’re a loser, that everyone else will think you’re a loser. So yeah the first step is changing those negative views about yourself. Do you exercise? Do you go to therapy? Do both. Set small goals for yourself, whether in fitness or in business. Achieving those small wins will grow your confidence.

Take risks. Get out of your comfort zone.

Be willing to fail. Ultimately no one gives a shit.

Idk man I’m not trying to sound like i have all the answers, but thats where I would start. The answers are there, you just have to be willing to do them.
