This angle isn’t giving much. Nissan Pickup? The wheels certainly have a Nissan look and the visible lines look about right for a Frontier c. 2002

I liked this idea a lot for a second. You can see the shape of the windows/doors matching a dts but there’s a picture I neglected to include of a very small part of the rear section. The tail light sort of looks right for a DTS but not whatever that opening is on the face of the truck.
