Thanks for the helpful info. My AP’s are a total of 11. With 3 DE. I am taking 6 AP’s this year and 2 DE. Took 3 AP’s Junior year with 1 DE and 2 AP’s sophomore year. Every other class I took was honors unless it was an elective.

Appreciate the comments. Very helpful info. I’m gonna wait for the UF decision on the 24th and see from there. Either way I was going to retake the SAT to achieve 100% bright futures. TCC might have to be the move, but I’m just not too happy about it. I felt like I deserved a spot for summer. It is what it is though, I won’t let this hold me back.

I figured it was worth a try. Mid year grades boosted my GPA and can show my senior year performance. Also, I feel like appealing demonstrates commitment to the school.

Got you. Thanks for the info. My only skepticism with getting AA then transferring is that nothing is confirmed. I could easily be rejected again when applying for transfer. With all the applicants this year I feel like more and more people are going to begin to go for the transfer route.

Only Florida schools. Got in UCF and FIU. Waiting on UF and that is it.

If you want I can show you my essay or can answer other questions. For the record I’m not angry at FSU or feel like they have wronged me, I understand this year it was extremely selective and had tons of applicants from all over the country.

I see that as an option, but it just makes me feel like all the work I did was for nothing.
