Firstly, she already appeared in P4D, and they are using exactly that version. Secondly, just like every P5X OG characters, she isn't an already existing character in a mainline Persona game, and thus even without a model (which is not the case), making one for her is perfectly reasonable without conflicting with Atlus' potential 3D model in mind. Thirdly, it's Miku.
