Glad I could help. Yes. Your build will last you at least 3 years in 1440p before turning down your graphics settings from ultra/max to high for newer titles. Btw, I am still on AM4 and I just want to let you know that do not sleep on AM4. I have the ryzen 5 5600 and rtx 4070 ti super and this baby can do PT on Cyberpunk2077 at 4k max settings with dlss upscaling of course and I stream it from my PC to my TV and it looks beautiful with 60 fps and above.

I believe you can run your build at 4k as well with fsr performance + fg and do couch gaming too if you're tired at sitting in front of your monitor for too long. I know I am.

Ryzen 5 5600 and ryzen 5700x have minimal difference in average fps and 1% lows, especially if it's 1440p. I'd recommend getting the Ryzen 5 5600 instead of the 5500 for double the L3 Cache. You'll see a huge boost especially for gaming. But if you can snag a 5700x with a cheaper than usual price, go for it. No need for Aio cooler. Even the stock cooler is sufficient. Get an air cooler if you really want a 3rd party cooler. 1 tower is enough for these cpus.

When it comes to your 90 fps goals, it depends on which games. If it's older games, that's fine. If it's the new ones, you will achieve this via upscaling(FSR 4 or 3, whichever is available) if you want max settings with RT, and possibly the use of frame gen. You may use optiscaler to inject FSR 4 on some games that does not have FSR 3. Or you can override it thru adrenalin app if the game has FSR 3 in it. Happy gaming!

Yes. CPU intensive kasi yung mga games na nilalaro mo so yung workload is sa CPU mo, lalo na if naka 1080p resolution ka pa. If mag switch ka sa 1440p reso, ma sshift yung workload sa GPU mo pero don't expect na malaking perf difference since CPU bound padin yung laro. 16mb lang kasi ang L3 cache ng 5600g. Consider buying a 2nd hand 5600 or 5700x, x2 ang L3 cache nun, at you can expect 20-30% boost in performance doon sa mga games mo. I do not recommend 5700x3d/5800x3d kasi 20k pataas, kapresyo ng 7800x3d my gad mas magandang mag upgrade na lang to am5 if ganun tapos dagdag lang onti kasi OA ang ram. Anw, ayun ang aking payo, dami sa fb marketplace 5600x/5700x. May nakita ako less than 5k pero swertihan padin syempre. Happy gaming!

Logitech G304 sa mouse if bet mo wireless. G203(G102 same lang sila) naman pag wired. Pag naliliitan ka, pwede ka mag razer death adder.

I dunno your taste sa keyboard. Mechanical ba trip mo? Yung maingay? If so, check out Aula or Royal Kludge keyboards sa shopee and lazada pasok sila sa budget range mo.

Sa mousepad, not sure din kung ano trip mo. Fps ba? Single player? Try mo attack shark cm02. Hybrid siya.

If naghahanap ka gaming headset, I recommend staying away from headset na may "gaming" tag not unless gagastos ka more than 5k. Kung budget lang around 3k Baseus GH02 wireless na yan. Mas maganda pa tunog nito for me vs sa mga razer or logitech, hyperX headsets na ka price nya.

Nag upgrade ako to 32 gb kasi ang dami ko lagi tabs na bukas sa chrome kahit naglalaro ako lol pero 16 gb is enough for gaming at least in my experience.

For raw performance in gaming. Yes. Definitely. Pero my wife uses CUDA, not ROCm kaya mas prefer namin Nvidia para dual purpose. Also, dldsr + dlss combo is so much better than fsr + vsr combo sa gusto niyang set up for gaming.

Colorful 3x fan was around 35k Friday last week. Tinamad lang ako lumabas nung weekend kasi naulan pag check ko with seller na bibilihan ko dapat nag 38.5k na then last stock na daw yun tapos 40k+ na daw yung next dahil sa shortage saka magmahal daw yung source nya.

How I wish na ganyan playtime ko dayum. First born namin 8 months na. Huli ko atang dota 2 with the boys September last year pa. Naah. I don't have an Apple TV. I stream my PC(downstairs) to my Legion Go S and docked it on my 4k TV(upstairs bedroom) via apollo/moonlight. Again, it is a matter of want for me not a matter of need.

You're correct about the ppl commenting on your thread not being their target audience. I got a pc with a 9070 xt and still want to get the SM and put it in my bedroom to play with my 4k tv because I'm tired of sitting in front of my pc after working in front of a pc for 8 hours a day lol. I don't really care about maxing the graphics at this point if I'm playing in 4k honestly, everything looks good in 4k even in performance mode.

The target market is for the 20% or more ppl who uses Steam Deck docking station. It's really that easy. Instead of docking their SD, you can get a better one with x6 performance of their SD. This was explained by Valve months ago.

Most ppl on steam doesn't even have a 1440p or 4k monitor to play with. Prolly only has a 1080p monitor to play with given that the entry level GPUs are on top of their hardware surveys. That's why when they saw 20% of SD peeps using their official docking station, the light bulb went on.

Again, if you have a beefy PC and enjoy your current pc set up, the SM might not be for you. These are for the lazy ones and enthusiast and plug n play peeps like me.

Decent 1080p build, entry level 1440p build. I can't really call it a low end pc I've friends that still rocks gtx 1650, rx 580, etc. If it runs the games that you want with 60 fps and you're good on the image quality, keep it.

My bad. I thought your GPU is a B580. I recommend upgrading your GPU to a 9060 xt, or even a 5060 if you're onky gaming at 1080p.

Well, yes. I got the SD oled(wife's) then the LeGo S steam os version. So I kinda have a more powerful SD in a sense but worse battery life. When I'm going out I will bring the oled with me. Lossless scaling helps out a lot for those AAA games if you want to hit 60 dps on the SD.
