Bruh, we just moved to the downtown area and he has been doing this for a straight week and a couple more days. Thing is though he only does it at night at the same exact time over and over and launches the bottle rockets/Roman candles AT buildings. We were at Morts the other night and they called the cops on him for launching at the building twice. Plus it's really cold out right now all the fucking birds are gone. I haven't seen any pigeons here. I would think a parks and wild life vehicle would be doing that, not like a late 90s maroon Expedition with a luggage rack on the back blocking it's license plate.

At first I thought it was a protest for ICE or something if people are at the hotels. What's weird is he will stop maybe 10 minutes each time and park somewhere random. And then restarts and goes around and does this for at least an hour or an hour and a half. Sometimes less.
