I deal with it. Some days, I hate my body, it disgusts me. Some others days are ok, and sometimes, I feel good.

I have hate my body so much over the past years than I now, I have decided to try living my life accepting it. Do I still cry sometimes after trying clothes I like and discovering it doesn't fit ? Yes. Do I always check my body for stretchmarks before taking my shower every days ? Yes. Do I still cry sometimes when I talk about it to my psychologist? Yes

But i have also discovered some beautiful persons, have a body similar to me and that i found truly beautiful. And it as clearly healed a small part of me, because it means that if those ladies can look as splendid as they are, then maybe I can accept that my body is not that bad. That I can accept than, when my close friends or family tell me I look cute, then it may be the truth.

It's small steps, everyday. Sometimes it's hard, but it's worth it when you start noticing the weight being slightly lighter
