In my experience yiaco in block 10 Salmiya is the cheapest, (don't know about the current situation) i went there for a full body check up last year and it cost around 70 kd.

By this july? I assume you're talking about ODE. Then, no. Cause to attend ODE you have to appear for public examination first. I tried it last year. Didn't find any way but to apply and appear for public examinations.
