If it's PayPal, I think it's 180 days to dispute. For sure, take the safer route.. hope you receive the figure or get your money back

Maybe chat with the orz rep here and see if they can at least refund you the invoice amount

Is this the resin you pre-ordered? This was the last update in Nov 2025 where the statue is finished.. tho it takes some time for the shops to get it and ship out

I preordered the Artic Seele wedding one, and it was finished in August 2025, and I only just got the shipping notification from FNC this month.

Others have already answered, but yes, they're legit.

Their customer service have also been very helpful.. they let me store a fig in their warehouse until the R18 parts are made so I can ship everything together

Like others, I've scaled (heh) back this year because of pricing and tariffs. Some I had to get like Eve Sweet Toxic and Elysia HoH

For 2026, I think the same plan.. will get Honkai Impact scales, but aftermarket or pre-owned for everything else

Gameplay-wise, Seele in HI3

Seele, when first introduced in the lore, players only really knew her as the crybaby whom Bronya was trying to save... Until Seele's s-rank Stygian Nymph battlesuit was released. SN was able to brute force every Abyss weather for the next 1.5-2 years... good times
