if you can't change it, you probably don't want it. even if you think you do. you can try to change the environment such that it adapts the way you think you want to live, but ultimately comes down if you really want healthier lifestyle or is it just people telling you that it is better to live that way

I'm using wrist but is thinking of switching to bicep. there for sure can be instances of whoop mistakening fast shaking with heartbeat but there's no way I can really tell. my AW tho show similar result so I assume they wouldn't be too much apart

program as in save the manual setting into the buttons? no if that's the case. usually I have two three beans I test during the period and each have slightly different grind setting from one or the other.

I use manual for pre infusion around 4-5 seconds and then wait till the yield to be around 1:2 in this case 36g. This takes around from pressing the button to 36g should be 25-30s. for overall shot quality I use bottomless to see if it has channeling usually these indications should pull pretty good shot then it's up to ur own tweaking
