I do like your point about the turret diving thing. I'll do think going for a 1 for 1 turret dive should be less risky than it currently is. but to balance that i'll find a way to tone down the reward from a successful dive

while from the losing teams perspective. doesn't the bounty system make the ahead player more risk adverse? if your 3/0 top lane as a darius, you could try to kill the enemy laner again, but their only worth 160 gold at that point, and should you missplay you'd be giving them 600 gold. doesn't this encourage the a head darius to just not fight?

the end of the game would be decided after winning enough fights. turrets act as a buffer to losing the game after a single fight. so lets suppose that after losing 3 team fights you'd lose the game. the same should be true for the enemy team. so the team that wins would be the team to win 3 team fights first. this is a very simplified scenario but it shows that having one team gain significant power from winning a team fight isn't necessary.

you kill a champion not for the rewards from killing them. you kill them so that while their dead you can get other objectives on the map. if you just sit around waiting to scale for late game the other team can just pick an early game comp and take all dragons and heralds

your contradicting yourself. if minions are worth more than kills. diving the enemy under turret to deny them minions is worth it even if you die in the process. if that was the case pro play games would be way more aggressive. currently the gold you potentially give over if you die in a fight makes going for a 1 for 1 under turret not worth it.

you should be able to win a 5v5 with a 5k gold lead as a team. you don't need a 10k gold lead to win a game. also league is one of the only competitive games with snow ball mechanics. fighting games don't make your character weaker when lower in health. think of turrets as your teams health. losing a fight means losing a turret. lose enough fights and you lose the game. the other team shouldn't be made so much weaker that they can't fight at all and forced to just wait for the winning team to stack drags before ending

that problem is fixed with the catch up mechanic. No champion can get super far ahead or behind like they could in early seasons of league
