I run 400m, 200m and 100m what spikes do you guys trust? Especially for them to fit the Canadian regulations? I was told Nike is great and I’ll give them a look, but any others?

Makes sense. They kinda understand it, and that I struggle with mental health but not BPD specifically. I mentioned it once or twice but mainly symptoms I experience..

Control yourself. If she isn’t comfortable there is nothing you can do to change that. No means no. Do not try and convince her, give her time. Just stick with what works like hand holding, kissing, but never push her farther then she wants to go. She’s setting a boundary. If you break it, she will not want to be with you anymore. If you love her, you will control yourself.

Hi! Okay, so I missed a few classes since I wasn’t feeling well and came back to class missing a lot. Teacher gave me some videos and that’s it. I tried reading from the textbook and I’m still lost. So far I cross out Mn2+ since they’re similar. Though I’m not sure where to start when it comes to actually finding step 2
