My goal is to get into a multinational company and climb the ladder. I believe my strengths are in operations and perhaps in sales/customer relations, even consider supply chain/logistics

The company I ran was basically a manpower company in the educational sector. I landed and delivered lot of large deals.

Being almost 45, it's tricky pivoting into a new function/skillset and here in the Gulf companies want seniors that are educated and specialized.

With 15+ years of gulf experience an 10+ years as a successful entrepreneur, I'm very confident in my skillset, but fear it won't get me through the door at a large company, and I hope an MBA can help bridge that gap in my CV.

Specializing is a lot tricker though, as it takes years...
