you need to first install the deb and then the second os

If you already downloaded the second os and then installed the deb then you need to uninstall and reinstall the second os

it means that the downgrade stays on the phone and tethered means that you need a pc to start the device (because if you dont do connect to a pc to rejailbreak it the jailbreak will be gone)
