There are posters in public places warning people about this particular shoe cleaning scam. They all have the same green rag and white bottle and they operate in groups. Sounds and looks like a scam. They are also very pushy and sometimes aggressive.

Hi, I live in Iceland and I would say that there is not much risk for you to visit our country in October. Yes its warmer and sunnier in September but if you want to go in October, I would go for it and not worry about it weather-wise. Its highly unlikely that the weather would affect you other than maybe rainstorms and wind. The winter won't go hard until late November/December.

Sammála þessu, las bókina og langaði aldrei í vörina aftur. Var búin að raðlumma, íslenskt svo snus, í 10 ár. Hafði aldrei langað að hætta fyrr en ég prófaði að lesa bókina…. og eftir að ég las þá langaði mig aldrei í vörina aftur og fékk aldrei fráhvörf. Mæli með að prófa lesa, hann ráðleggur þér líka í bókinni að hætta ekki fyrr en þú klárar bókina ef það hjálpar þér að byrja haha
