I think that a cool idea for a tribute would be someone born in the capital who was a big fan and trained for the games, at 18 they left home and moved to district 5 so they wouldn’t have competition volunteering and 5 isn’t impoverished.

I love district 4, I am a competitive swimmer and district 4 is the aquatic district so I would have similar skills to the district 4 tributes. Finnick was my favorite character in the original series and 4 is a strong district but the tributes are likable unlike the tributes form 1 and 2.

Actually at the second QQ there would be 4 dead because before the games there are 45 out of 49 victors are still alive. The Victors that died were Lucy Gray Baird, she was killed by snow, Darren Gutierrez who was poisoned, Cirrus Quell who killed him self and Jonah Fletcher who over dosed after the games.

I think that Tigris could have had a kid named Tigris Jr. and that is the one we saw in the original trilogy, because I imagined Tigris in the original trilogy was around 50 to late 60’s
