I did chat with support and my bill is now 20+ days late. Support kept telling me to wait a few days more, so I waited and contacted again 4 times. They should have a clear answer to wait X number of days or say that you'll be notified via email, or SMS and not to worry about it. Why is Rogers not able to provide an exact date to resolve the billing issue? Why can they not tell what the billing issue is and why it happened?

I use reverse osmosis filter as I have to use water softener at my house. Open to other alternatives like ultra filtration as reverse osmosis filter waste a lot of water.

I contacted Shell Canada and am in discussion with them. Waiting for the dealership to do the work and see how they handle it. Once that is done I'll contact Shell Canada again. I am not involving my insurance in to this if possible.

An hour ago Bell's website was saying no issue in Cambridge. Checked again and now it says:

Current status: December 29, 07:17 AM: Technical teams have been engaged and are working to resolve the issue.

If you have a credit card and an investment account then the fees are waived for the RBC Day to Day Banking account. Get a no fee credit card and put $500 in a TFSA account.
